Of all the stupid suggestions I've seen, perhaps the most stupid is suggesting youth visas between UK and Europe could be delivered with visa waivers. Visa waivers don't give the right to work. Europe is *not* going to give longer visa waivers to Britons so exceptionalists can avoid tax.
