Sorry to vent heavy sht out of nowhere but its my birthday, let me get some stuff off my chest as a bday present 💝 i got out of it once and i know i will get better again, i grew a lot since my last big depression ten years ago and i know i will grow even more, im just impatient to feel good again
Can i be a bit sad and srs for a moment-- ive never really felt anxiety about getting older but this year ive gone through a really rough depressive period and when i looked in the mirror recently i felt like my face had aged rapidly and suddenly ive been feeling like im in a quarter life crisis
heads up that bluesky doesnt show posts from other languages by default on your timeline, and its cutting you off from a lot of the community go to bsky.app/settings/lan... and deselect any language from this setting, or else you might not see any of the new japanese users at all!
