Side-Eye Pinkie Pie Read Project 2025 - Did You?

Bay Area girl in NYS. I read Project 2025 and voted for the brilliant and experienced Black lady. AuDHD. #KHive forever. Gen X. Fvck Ken Martin. I like my Dems without Nazi sprinkles. SF Giants | 49ers | Warriors | Valkyries | Firebells | Cal

Jim Crow 2.0 doesn't have poll taxes. They just get rid of polling places to make it much harder for you to vote, and kick you off the voter rolls for 'reasons' without telling you. Voter suppression is racism. If a candidate isn't talking about voting rights, they aren't paying attention.

The NAACP has released a statement while the Tarrant County Commissioners Court considers a proposal today that would cut the number of Election Day polling locations nearly in half "Let's call this what it is… voter suppression"

Tarrant County, Texas, could see around 50 percent fewer polling locations in November's election.

"Let's call this what it is… voter suppression," said NAACP President and CEO Derrick Johnson. "Cutting nearly half the places where people can cast a ballot doesn't save democracy money, it costs voters their voice. Tarrant County is home to a significant number of Black and Latino voters and is a majority people-of-color county. There is no question that this plan strips away polling access on a scale that will hit Black and Brown voters hardest. That is not a coincidence. It’s an intentional assault on our ability to make our voices heard and we will push back with every tool available.”

Read this thread. Smug White leftists say Black voters need to donate & advocate for candidates that don’t give a rats ass about them. Vote blue no matter who meant zero when Dem women were at the top of the ticket. What did white leftists do when the VRA was killed? Where was their outcry?

It’s one of the tricks we’ve been trying to warn people about. The looney left releases bs inner polls to drive their narrative, boost their popularity, & suppress the vote.

No. I know you live in a cesspool of racism and what passes as voter outreach to Black Voters looks very different to you than it does to me. Either way...Stevens beat AES with Black Voters by 40+ points and that's going to be a problem in the general election. Maybe folks should worry about THAT?

I don’t need to check them because I’ve been watching the polls for months. He’s consistently been behind with Black Voters for months…by huge margins. I’m glad you invited everyone to check for themselves though. I encourage you to check too. Btw…turnout was 20%.

All week long folks said he was going to beat Stevens by double digits...as high as 13%. If he's lucky he'll crack 3%. She beat him by 40+ points with the Black Vote. Most polls have Rogers beating him over the last few weeks. But sure...nothing to be concerned about here.

We rightfully talk about Ruby Bridges being the first Black child to integrate an all-white school in the South at 6-years-old. But we don’t talk nearly enough about Lucille Bridges, her mom ✨

On this day in 1944, the Gestapo found Anne Frank and her family in their Secret Annex. Her diary stands as a warning against hatred and persecution. Eighty years later, we should recognize the warning signs before it’s too late.🙂‍↕️

We could have had the smart Black Lady with the funny laugh. Once again BW are going to get hit the hardest by this. Black folks only make up around 14% of the population but they provide 22% of social workers. They also carry higher debt & make less. Look at the other careers on the list

President Trump is banning students majoring in degrees that don’t make enough money from taking out college loans. Degrees for social work, art, religious studies, teaching aides, and music will be hit the hardest. trib.al/aaAEu6v
