ELECTION TIME! This week elections are on Tues and Sat. Guam and Virgin Islands have their Midterm primaries. GA-13 has their special election to replace David Scott, Darlington SC has a referendum and Lubbock TX has a city council runoff. Plus we have early voting in 13 states and territories! 1/
