My team and myself are at the #eccb2026! Presenting analysis and predictive modelling of multi-omics and single-cell data related to cell signaling and equitable research at posters A-G.53, A-S.B.52, B-T.11, A-T.34, A-T.47, B-S.B.20, and C-P.18!

Looking for a postdoc in CompBio to lead our brand new EpiFlaMe consortium (Memory in Epithelial Cells - Organ Specificity and Cancer) This will be a major milestone in understanding memory processes in understudied cells with immune functions using integrative bioinformatics! plus.ac.at/fortelny

What are the differences between cells ex vivo and in vivo and how does this affect responses to experimental perturbations? Aarathy from our group compared the transcriptome of hematopoietic cells cultured ex vivo to those grown in vivo using two KO datasets (Perturb-seq and genetic KOs).

Baseline JAK–STAT signaling maintains immune cell homeostasis

Nature Immunology - Homeostatic immune cells remain perpetually vigilant against pathogens. We found that baseline JAK–STAT signaling supports the characteristic transcriptional and...
