#UK #local-councils #non-cooperation #israel #palestine #gaza 1,028 local council members in the UK signed a statement called “Councilors’ Pledge for Palestine” on Saturday calling for the Palestinian cause to be made a central issue in the upcoming local elections not to cooperate with Israel.

Green Party health policy is being updated as we speak and will be voted on at conference this year. Long before the next general election. It's being written by healthcare professionals based on best practice. Labour healthcare policy is written by private healthcare based on profitability.

I was heckled by another MP while asking about inclusive relationship education in schools Sickened but not really surprised that homophobia is alive and well on the bench behind me 'They're primary school kids' he says - as if no primary school kids have lesbian or gay parents!

This is beyond shocking - how can this be allowed to happen? Why on earth can’t they be released on bail? They have a right to a fair trial, appropriate medical treatment, & the removal of punitive Prison Service conditions. Govt’s ban on Palestine Action is simply intolerable
