A new investigation reports that Amazon is buying large quantities of physical books, removing their bindings, scanning the pages and destroying the originals as part of an effort to obtain high-quality text for artificial-intelligence development. #TheCityBrief
Investigative outlet 404 Media reportedly worked with a bookseller who placed a tracking device inside one book from an unusual order of roughly 1,000 titles.
The shipment was eventually traced to an Amazon facility in the Las Vegas area. Workers told reporters that large shipments of books arrive there, their bindings are cut off so pages can be scanned rapidly, and the physical books are destroyed in the process.
None of us want to be unable to meet our own basic needs, be they shelter, sustenance, health, or holiday. The Epstein class are too greedy to grasp this reality but would do well to remember what has happened to all others in history who thought they could ignore it.
There is no doubt that he is mentally unfit. As a country you can talk about this until the cows come home. But if you won't, don't or can't do anything about it it's moot.
He is absolutely correct. If we don’t restore the balance between the branches of government, and purge them of the filth of corruption, we will not have a fair election, if any, in 2028.
Ossoff is 100% correct. If we don't take the House (and hopefully the Senate), it's possible we won't have a democracy in 2028..
