Prison Book Program Wish List
Porter Square Books is proud to partner with Prison Book Program to help provide access to books to people in prison. Order any title off this wish list and select the In Store Pick Up at Cambridge. You don't need to pick it up—we will give it to Prison Book Program to distribute. The Prison Book Program believes in the life-changing power of literature. Books help people learn new skills, heal from trauma, and connect with their families. Since 1972, the Prison Book Program has been sending free books to individuals in prisons around the country. Along with each hand-selected package, volunteers send personalized notes to each reader— because connection and respect are just as important as books.

Not to be THAT dictionary, but… It’s ‘per se,’ not ‘per say.’ It’s ‘dog-eat-dog world,’ not ‘doggy-dog world.’ It’s ‘hunger pangs,’ not ‘hunger pains.’ It’s ‘one and the same,’ not ‘one in the same.’ It's 'buck naked,' not 'butt naked.'
