A federal judge ORDERED the Trump admin to privately show him the memo purporting to justify boat strikes that have killed 234 people in the Caribbean and Pacific. Judge Engelmayer rejected several rationales for withholding the memo from the public and will determine whether to release it.

@murray.senate.gov asks Trump's FDA nominee Heidi Overton if she believes the abortion drug mifepristone is safe & effective. "I know that it has met the safety and efficacy standards of the FDA's review," she said. Murray notes that she called the pills "dangerous" before joining the admin.

"I don't have a lot of time, but I'm gathering that you don't think healthcare is a human right," Bernie Sanders said. Both Sanders and Cassidy (who went first) repeatedly interrupted Overton to ask her to answer their actual questions.

Overton is Trump's nominee to be the next head of the FDA. She just said Trump's mandate for her, if confirmed, is to "go fast." As a reminder, the FDA is currently conducting a "review" of the abortion drug mifepristone. Overton has called abortion pills "dangerous."
