The BC Principals' & Vice-Principals' Association fosters educational leadership to promote outstanding public education. We represent, develop, and promote the professional interests of our 2,700 members, school and district leaders in BC public schools.

Magdalena Kassis has accepted the role of BCPVPA Executive Director, effective August 1, 2026. Magdalena joined the BCPVPA as a Director of Member Support Services in March 2020, and has since served as Acting Executive Director & Deputy Executive Director, alongside her work as MSS Director. 👏
