Realistic graphics never make the game for me. Realism works best imo when it supports the core intention of the game like the sim genre. There's something to games that limit themselves and leave textures and models more ambiguous where your imagination fills in the gaps.
I'm the only sculptor left at my job(others laid off or quit) and i so badly want to go full time sculpting my own figures and finish a bunch of my models 😖 The reliable pay and the privilege, kind of, to have to have this type of job is really locking me in from leaving tho.
