Just finished this page of Doyle and his squire Boone. I’m still not 100% on board with how the red and blue look, I think it could be a little more balanced than it currently is. It’s hard making red contrast but not steal too much attention while keeping a good level of saturation #characterdesign

I’ve been feeling under the weather the whole time I worked on this, which is why it took so long; but it’s finally done. I’ll probably move back to working on Doyle and take a break before I do the last Goblimps page. #characterdesign

Bestiary of Goblins & More Vol: 2 (Page 11) I had a ton of fun drawing what I call sleeping beauty skelly. When he appears in Skelly Stew I’ll probably make him less mossy, I think it would be a little over rendered if this was in the comic, but it works here. #characterdesign

Learning how to 3d sculpt to get more accurate angles of my lil dudes. Neither are these are finished nor good but you have to start somewhere.

I need to finalize the design of the cauldron and make a shape breakdown, but I definitely like what I ended up with here. A finial piece would be a lot more refined especially with whatever the heck is going on with the green fumes, but alas this a study not worth my time.

Here’s an update on my layouts. Got a good bunch of Page 4 and 5 done. On page 5 panel 4 is a filler shot which needs to be reworked. Panel 9 is also very unfinished. I’m also not sure about page 4’s last panel, it might be a little too choppy of a shot considering how slow the rest of the pacing is
