Dolly Parton was an angel on earth. But the outpouring of grief over her death is also a primal scream that the most wretched, greedy, amoral men on earth are holding this country hostage with their wealth and corruption. Dolly was the antithesis to all that and we need her light more than ever.
I made a thoughtful comment about Dolly in the afterlife of her choosing, because if there is a heaven, Dolly is the only one who deserves to go. For all the good she's done in life, I hope heaven exists for her. Atheism doesn't have to mean anti-theism. Learn the difference.
