Some of the meals I've made this week to try be a better/more creative chef: - Leek, chickpea and tofu curry - Beef fajita skewers - Tahini pasta - Peach and feta chicken sautée It's small steps, but it's the first time I haven't looked at online recipes for something more elaborate and I'm proud
Finally got around to doing this. Surprised about how neutral my trade score is and there's a few I answered "it depends" on that I probably could've doubled down on a bit more, but not surprised that the closest resemblance is... the PM of my home country

Quit my part-time job today, gave the two-month leave notice on my flat in Manchester, playing a headlining concert tomorrow. Jeez, UK life really is coming to an end.
