keep seeing all these discord comm scam warning posts and like remember when discord had a number assigned to your handle so that it was considerably easier to get the name you want, harder for people to find you without consent, and nigh impossible to impersonate someone and they got rid of that

do not funnel your grief over this death into trek and x-men merch, paramount & disney dont need your money. go to plays, give to charities, vote for candidates who will fund public art, and you will make it possible for people like patrick stewart to exist and keep existing. a rising tide lifts all

That made their lives mean something. The fact that they are mourned is sad, but if they left us with hope, joy, confidence in ourselves, and love then that should encourage us to do the same and build upon their foundations in their stead. Isn’t that the goal? Inspiration. Love. Care. Joy.
