Well mom made it home from the hospital and is settling in for a few months of recovery. Onna and I went to eat dinner with her and she seemed in good spirits.

Health update from yesterday: Moms surgery went very well. The doctor didn't find any signs of metastasis and all of the margins came back clear. She was already able to walk on her own. We only have to keep the pain under control
Man I kept my nerves in check about my moms surgery, but now that it is the day before I am struggling a bit.
