I once again come to the conclusion that I'm not made for social media 🙃 It was like that back when Twitter was still twitter, and now it's the same with bluesky. No matter how much I curate my feed/timeline with uplifting things. But sooner or later I end up doomscrolling and feeling bad.

Idk who needs to hear this, but Riverdance and Sirtaki are not "European folk dances". Both include elements of actual traditional folk dances, but they are modern choreographies made to appear rooted in a specific culture. Sirtaki was made in 1964, Riverdance in 1990.

I need to vent about Jungkook's ADHD + ARMY behaviour. I wish NT ARMYs understood that "professional diagnosis" is not sufficient to diagnose autism/ADHD because it's based on an incomplete & often completely wrong idea of what it is; many people get denied diagnosis and suffer alone!

They were not wrong to have identified you as a "gifted" kid. But they are very wrong to suggest or assert that you've somehow "wasted" your potential because you struggle w/ trauma or other emotional or behavioral challenges. That's NOT a fair description of what happened.

If you think an autistic person is "dense" because they asked you clarifying questions, I hate to break it to you, but they needed to ask follow up questions because you didn't explain yourself well enough. Not because they have comprehension issues. Hope that helps 🙃
