The XX XY controversy creator is essentially going into an environment where everyone thinks you’re a bigoted asshole and then complain about everyone thinking you’re a bigoted asshole. Trans Rights, but especially in the NWSL where the league’s African athletes are constantly in the crosshairs.

After the Portland game last year and Rose and Monday’s goal there was a huge swell of transphobic and racist speculation online targeted at them, and then it kinda went away, and I hoped that was it. I hate everything about this, and I hate that players are going to be targeted and tortured,

Well, unfortunately yes.

My cousin and uncle are currently doing this insane race where you run 4 miles every hour, and then at the top of the next hour you run another 4 miles. If you don’t make the 4 miles in an hour, you’re out. Last man standing wins. People who enjoy running are so foreign to me😭

The Washington Spirit has placed midfielder Deborah Abiodun and defender Kate Wiesner on the 45-day injury (D45) list, the club announced today. Abiodun is dealing with a hip injury and Wiesner suffered a fractured ankle in last weekend’s home win over Bay FC.
