I'm looking for two postdocs/research fellows (2.5 years, 100%) to join the #ERC project EMPSOLID. Preference for candidates with expertise on the Caucasus and/or Central Asia🌏, but applications focusing on other regions of the Romanov Empire are also encouraged.

A word about myself for those of you who might decide to follow my updates. I'm a historian of socialist Yugoslavia and the Cold War. I was born in Buenos Aires, but I've been living in Europe for about 10 years. I've been mostly based in Paris, and I've recently relocated to Ljubljana.

Remember today as the day in which any potential sympathy for Ukraine in the global South was forever lost, and when the EU finally lost any moral ground it had to support Kyiv against Russian aggression.
