"Tou would do research on their condition, and talk to them about their needs and wants. he'd make sure he has a good understanding of them so that he can be the best partner he can be for them.

their disability wouldn't be all, or most, or a large part of what he sees in them of course, but he wouldn't just ignore it and act like they can do anything and everything an able-bodied person could do. because that's not how being disabled works.
nor would he act like they can't do anything.
he would learn what they can and can't do. what is hard for them. and be understanding if/when those things change. include them in activities they can do, and help them in any way, big or small, that is welcomed.

he may jump at opportunities to help them at times, but tone it back if they tell him to.

all n all. he'd just.. be a good partner lmao.

more specific to physically disabled people, but: if they express any desire for some expensive mobility aid they can't afford or something of the sort, he'll find a way to get them one as a surprise. whether that be through getting his Undyn to make it or saving and raising the money to buy it for them."

and yeah, since it's physically making the person actually make like. a beep or quack noise or something instead of the swear. it would be uncomfortable. forced to make the wrong noise.
it would likely cause the tic to keep trying to come out. keep trying for the way it's meant to come out.

and Fresh being the ass he is, wouldn't care.
he may not try telling the person ticcing not to swear like he usually would, because he know's it's involuntary. but he might get a kick out of their discomfort."

his socks are also the same color as his sweater, and slippers are the same colors as his jacket, top being the lighter teal and sole being the darker teal.

He wears a long hooded lab coat, colored black and purple (some of the purple glowing, and a deltarune on the back), a black turtleneck under that, and two chain necklaces over that, purplish dark gray slacks, and black and glowing purple (hover) boots.
And finally, he wears a black cloth around his eyes, cracks in his skull peeking out from under it.
Under the cloth is a gaping hole where his sockets once were, and a small metal device with a glowing purple dot in the middle on each side of the skull used for controlling his magic.
It connects to his black and purple glove, which acts as a remote for the devices. With two buttons to turn the magic output up or down, the magic output being at the tips of the two fingers (the middle and pointer) on the glove.
The rest of his fingers on that hand are missing, replaced by metal prosthetic fingers with glowing purple in the joints.
There is a tail visible between his legs
He is 6'1 in height.
