Today’s weigh-in hit a milestone: 20 lbs lost since starting my diet (60 lbs lost from my heaviest) and my resting heart rate is now around 70 BPM, down from around 88 a few months ago, which is great. Chronic drinking elevates your BPM and just destroys your heart over time. Gonna keep pushing!

I stopped drinking completely in the middle of June. I started changing my diet about a week or so ago. I know it's early and most of the weight lost (13 lbs.) is probably water weight, but I'm finally to the point where I'm fed up with how I look and feel. Here's to better health going forward!

I don’t care if someone considers me an “idiot” for using the term “friendslop” to define a genre. I look at it as a term of endearment. Being able to find games like REPO, etc. more easily with a term like “friendslop” makes my life easier. I’d be honored to have made a successful friendslop game.

We're back in 2010 when Zero Punctuation said "every game is better with friends, a game has to be good on its own" because the person who hated multiplayer said so. People who use the term friendslop unironically don't know two shits about video games and you can't convince me otherwise.
