Guess Google Photos is the next bounty on my list to self host. It just popped up a notification saying "12 Years ago - Spend time to reflect". Normally, I may click on it for vacations or memories or whatever. This time it was about my dog who's no longer with us. Didn't need that reminder......

At least one day of every month, I have a moment that instantly washes over me with a titlewave of joy but then it's replaced with sadness and then an intense yearning that aches my bones. Today was one of those days. I call days like today: "I fucking miss Rockband" days.
I'm mad at the critters who told me I was wrong to be mad at Microsoft. Eating up game studios and moving them to gamepass was the worst thing that could have happened to the games industry. Now, M$FT is closing some of those impressive studios and gamepass is too expensive.

After 7 years with my PC, I finally figured out why one of my cores on my processor was freaking out. I always thought it was because I lost the MoBo/BIOS/CPU lottery. TURNS OUT it was my graphics card HAMMERING irq/9. 625 MILLION interrupts a day. Fucking wild, man... Powerstates are crazy.

That's it! I'm over Windows. I'm done with the jank and the spyware. Gaming was the only thing that kept me on it and now-a-days, that's just not a good enough reason. I'm making the switch. I'm forcing myself to be pure Linux for at least 3 months. The flavor is CachyOS.
