My biggest fear for driverless cars is that eventually all the sensible capable people will end up using them and the only human drivers left on the roads will be the unhinged maniacs.

Riding about with my son in the cargo bike yeaterday. I realised that the UK has basically become the equivalent of the slack parent on drivers. Drivers are on screens too much, aren’t disciplined for misbehaviour, aren’t given enough guidance. And we wonder why they act like entitled s**ts

Unbelievable numbers of riders jumping red lights on the way to school drop off this morning. Pretty much every hire cycle. I’m noticing a pattern that those waiting at the lights look to be the more experienced riders. I don’t see this as a good thing…
Watching a man in a black transit van drive straight through a red light at a junction and then beep wildly at a woman to get out the way while she crossed on a green pedestrian, makes me wonder just how many fatalities and injuries are caused by commercial vehicles pursuing private profit?
