🤔 Did you know..? Our Digital Inclusion team helped 3,164 people improve their digital skills last year? 💻 This could be help accessing technology or developing confidence to access services online. 📆 Our budget sets out how we will spend on city services in 2026/27.

Digital exclusion isn’t just a personal challenge - it’s a public policy issue, blocking access to crucial opportunities like work, healthcare, education, and essential services. Key barriers include: - Affordability of devices or data - Digital skills gaps - Lack of support

Scam Awareness is one of the topics we are asked about most, so we are pleased that the Yardley NNS is hosting a workshop on this. If you know anyone (and we all know someone) in Birmingham who has been affected by this, book them a place for 3rd March. ynnsgrants@disability.co.uk
