"lockheed liberal" might be one of the most deranged bio additions that I've seen in a while and I think that it's more common than I thought

honestly as much fun as a blowout would be, i think it's better if the michigan race is close bc it will (hopefully) motivate the insurgent candidates supporters to actually get out there and not take 15+ point polls as an excuse to stay home etc

most quality (leather) footwear will offer "seconds" at specific retailers. usually it's a small cosmetic defect that does not effect the quality or longevity of the product. the most reliable source ive found for redwings is sierra trading post.

the real tip is to find a decent, affordable used pair of a brand that lasts like 20 years and it's a win win. but that takes time, patience, and a certain level of skill (as well as a lot of luck) so it's a bit prohibitive. but very possible!

the dumbest people on the earth are extremely concerned with "gain of function" research and have no idea what that entails. this kind of thing is only going to get worse

looks like we can add flock cameras to the growing list of things that show pretty wide margins of bipartisan support that neither party will meaningfully address (civil asset forfeiture, telling Israel to fuck off, weed legalization, data centers)
