Name those fish… 🎃 Just spotted this scene from the movie Hocus Pocus. Home decor of the Dennison family features two framed fish prints. Only context is that the family recently moved from Los Angeles to Salem. Left image appears to be a trout sp. 🤷‍♂️

“Wait, wait. I'm worried what you just heard was, 'Give me a lot of socket extensions.' What I said was, 'Give me all the socket extensions you have.' Do you understand?” (a la Ron Swanson) 4Runner maintenance 😩

A 12mm socket, swivel, and a comedic number of extensions are required to remove/replace the starter bolts on a 3rd gen 4Runner. Eye protection from the dirt raining down on your face and a headlamp are also essential.

As an avid motorcyclist AND a scientist, I couldn’t help but collect some sound data when installing a new exhaust on my bike. “Loud pipes save lives” is complete bullshit. I reduced the loudness by almost 10% to 96.5db at 6k rpm with improved performance. Forest friendly too. 😎

New DominatoR exhaust on my Kove 450 Rally. Made in Poland, this exhaust is a great mod. With the “heavy” decibel killer installed on this new exhaust, I achieved almost a 10% reduction in decibels over the previous exhaust. Chart showing common sources of noise and their corresponding decibels level.
