My beautiful boy had his annual appointment with Dr K.C., whom he loves! Aside from some minor problems with the hyperkeratosis he has had for years, doc says he's very healthy,with strong heart and lungs and beautiful teeth, especially for his age! (He's 11)

Today in my hometown (Phoenix) high-school students walked out of school to protest ICE. I was lucky enough to drive by a high school near my home and see hundreds of students waking down the street with signs and flags. I was cheering them and tearing up. I'm so proud of these kids! Thank you!

My almost 21 year old cat who rarely moves from his napping place, just jumped up on the kitchen counter to try and get to the chicken bones in the sink. I put them there because I thought he could not get to them and he wouldnt make the effort to even try! So now he's mad at me.

Well, I had to make a trek out to Penzy's today and pick up one of the Resist shirts. And some other stuff. That Chicken TACO spice is soooo good! Also, it's not really far enough to be considered a trek but I do like to add some drama to things!
