The good news is, we were able to take Mom out for a few hours today, as Dad wanted to get some fish for their tank. 🐠 Yay! She was checked out or otherwise okay. The bad news is, the moment we got home, she doubled down on the terror, didn't remember a thing, and now we're totally exhausted. 😅

Made some creamy vegetable soup today. It's getting happier on low in the crockpot but I wasn't patient enough to keep waiting. ☺️
I love/hate when things pendulum in my brain; back and forth, back and forth. there's always a reason, beyond general anxiety, but I can't always figure it out. sometimes, it's an advance warning, but I won't know until it happens. other times it's just me trying to process and puzzle something out.
