Got one of those fancy new CRKD Guitar Hero controllers. It's good but it's not as good as a fresh 360 Les Paul was in 2007 I'd say, those had some real thunk to them. TLDR: fresh 360 les paul in 2007 > crkd > used guitars of 2026
There is a secret code in Donkey Kong 64 that will only play a funny noise, and nothing else. Standing next to a torch in K. Lumsy's room and pressing C-Up, D-Down, C-Left, D-Right, C-Down, D-Up, C-Right and D-Left will make a burp sound... and that's it. There are no other effects.
Honestly just go the sports games/cars/movies route. Intel Core 9 (2026), easy.

i've always thought usb 3 interference with 2.4ghz was a myth but no i just experienced it. i plugged in an external ssd next to the port my mouse receiver was in (front ports of my case), and when there is heavy disk activity the mouse works terribly. moved the mouse closer and it works again
I wish Niftski would do his SMB1 grind on a real NES. Not that I believe FPGA or keyboard is illegitimate or anything, but I mean when you're this dedicated to it and have this historic run upcoming, I feel you should do it on the OG hardware
Brought my crt over to my new place and ahh I love it. So nice to have a bigger place because now i can actually have it set up all the time. Setup is a bit rudimentary atm, I was just excited to start playing on it
