I think today is harder than yesterday. Yesterday i put my dog Skye to sleep. All symptoms pointed to a blockage but xrays & sonogram showed nothing definitive. The only other option was exploratory surgery I made my choice & saved him pain But today In this empty house? My heart aches
My buddy crossed the rainbow bridge today. I am empty inside. I was prepared for the eventual loss of my old dog that has survived heartworms and tumors But not for Skye. I cuddled him as he left, cried in the aftermath and now im just empty and sick Better me than him - thats what i cling to

This week was hard- im sad its only wednesday We had a vet appointment. My dog has been vomiting, poor baby One of my chickens isnt doing so well, & today there was a snake in the coop. Lol Luckily everyone is okay My wallet is lighter And i just wanna sleep through the rest of the week
