Yes, but scientists, historians, scholars, economists, and journalists don’t blame everyone else for their problems and genuinely want to improve the world instead of pointing fingers and making themselves feel better. So they don’t offer anything for the people who consider themselves maga.
What logical people don’t understand is that the Maga supporters 1. don’t understand how the government works 2. will never take responsibility for anything in their own life, & don’t expect America to take responsibility for its own problems 3. Think everybody should feel as miserable as them. 
The Republican party is not known for its intelligence.
The Constitutional punishment for insurrection IS the death penalty. Seeing 47 & his enablers in orange behind bars, humiliated and stripped of money & power would be far more satisfying.

As a trained scientist albeit doing a non scientific job...it frightens me that so many people don't trust those of us who studied for years and decades to provide continuing truth to the people and to power
