I now want to hear a cover of the entire album. I never knew Slayer was this beautiful and I say this as a person who knows this Slayer album very well. Amazing. It's like Cowboy Junkies or Hope Sandoval covering Slayer.

I wrote this Word Add-in like 8+ years ago. Our app calls it with command line switches, it loads a serialized dataset, a .dotx template, replaces tags in the doc with values from the dataset and when it closes, saves with the name of a GUID passed in. The app monitors for process to close /1

If you eat super dense calorie food, like say it was 1000 calories but only physically weighed like .25 lbs and you ate 4 of these a day, you would gain weight. But what turns those calories into lbs? How do calories turn into more weight than the physical weight of the food? 1/2

This is a man who has obviously never been to a red city. Not sure I have either. But I have been to red towns and ooohh boy. I don't think he'd like them either. He thinks the cities are shit, he should see where a lot of his true fans live. They are some real shit holes.

Trump: "Look at the blue cities. What do they have in common? They're all dirty. They're filthy dirty. Their streets are dirty. Their streets smell. Their storefronts are broken. Their trees are all gross. Everything about the place is dirty. It's really all of them."

The new Halo is a lot of fun, even though it's just the first Halo completely re-done, but the modern graphics make it feel new, in a way the modern skin they added last time didn't. Almost at the Swarm, which will really make it or break it. Hopefully easier to see this time.

This year, I finally kept myself under the 1 record a week maximum goal I have had for years. So far. I think I can do it. Because if I don't, I need to start divesting in some of my records. This year...so far.

After playing golf yesterday and being incredibly sore, I rode bike for 41 miles today. The combination of a sore back from swinging a golf club and then hunched over a bike has left me making grunting sounds every time I move. I'm sure it is driving my wife crazy, but she hasn't complained...yet 🫰

My friend Dane's band Reekmind put out a killer little EP. No Cure was great and better than Fuming Mouth, which was good and better than their previous album. If you like techdeath, Sallow Moth will be very enjoyable. Walg and Void of Light were also very good. Some old favorites too. #metalsky

Stormkeep - The Nocturnes Of Iswylm

My new realization is that maybe the reason old people golf all the time because if they stopped, one game of golf would paralyze them for a week, they would be so stiff. They just have to keep golfing to keep the muscles limber.

If I had no memory of what went on yesterday and you asked me if I played golf or was mugged by someone wielding a pipe, I would initially guess I was mugged. The lack of bruising is the only that would have given it away that I played golf.

This Legends show on Netflix is pretty awesome so far. It kind of reminds me of Slow Horses in a way. It doesn't have Gary Oldman character, but it is quite good. Totally recommended so far.

Watching Legends on Prime and I'm loving the music choices. Stone Roses, Jesus and Mary Chain and then a song that sounded familiar and I said....is this Happy Mondays and it sure was. I haven't heard that song since I was in high school and I guessed it in 10 seconds. The brain still works.
