I really hope this site gets its stuff together. The constant having to navigate around the DMs situation and verification (damn red state) is getting old. I know there’s no truly good social media website but damn, having to finagle stuff around every week in order to continue having DMs is old.
In the past 24 hours, I’ve watched Age of Ultron, Drag Race S6, and S1 Mob Wives. Clearly I’m missing the early 2010s.
Incredibly happy to be off work after only 2.5 hours in the office, but also incredibly upset that the office is temp controlled at 71 degrees and I have to be at home where my apartment stays struggling to keep below 79. 😩
Three hours without power from this storm, I am *sick* of this shit.
Early morning to get a few things outta the way, gonna get my 🍑 waxed, pick up something for my new Switch 2, and hopefully avoid this 106° heat index that’s gonna happen today. Have I mentioned I’m ready for autumn?
The battle royale genre (Overwatch and Marvel Rivals come to mind), however- for me it’s Baldur’s Gate 3. I can’t stand that game. They took the best parts of Original Sin and mashed it in with a terrible combat system. I know I’m in the minority given the accolades, but I hate that game.

Resigned from my second job this week and highkey wondering if I should’ve resigned from my main job instead after this email I got this morning.
I have to go back into the office full time after this week and I don’t wanna 😩 See? I’m struggling to get up on hump day.
Some of the boss folks said they weren’t going to come into work today due to the rain/potential flood levels later, so naturally… everyone else is going to leave at 1PM because… why would we wait around?
I’ve missed a few hump day posts due to busy schedules. Here is my apology.
One of the annoying things about having an ‘A’ name is that I’m always the person at work who receives the spammy scammy emails because my name is the first in the company directory and I spend 5-10 minutes each day reporting and raising flags and I’m tired 😩
Gonna try to watch the third episode of XMen 97 today, considering it wasn’t running properly yesterday. Also finding out that the heatwave impacts internet services is just another reminder as to why summer is the absolute worst.
First day of this heatwave for the week and my car was reading 88 when I got in there at 8:40. I am… NOT looking forward to this. I hate being a sweaty, grumpy mess. 😩 🥵
