On RTÉ before the game, Peter Canavan called out Tomás Ó Sé and some of the Kerry media for the disrespect shown to Mayo. He was right.
I would point out the difference between the aftermath of Mathieu winning a sprint on the flat and Tadej breaking the record up Alpe d'Huez. One was laying on the cobbles in agony, the other barely looked tired.

My home town, population <2000, is hosting the FEI U25 World Equestrian Championships this week. 15 nations represented. I fear the Hong Kong lads might get a bit of a culture shock. Some of the trucks coming through town are very impressive machines.
