Bluesky Tutorial: How to make your handle kawaii

Follow these steps:
1. Visit kawaii.social in your browser and follow the instructions on the page.

2. They are pretty straight forward but ask in the comments if you have difficulties!

About community handles:
Bluesky uses domains as handles. The default handle
looks like this: @yourname.bsky.social

You can set your handle to any domain you own.
For example, as Bluesky owns the domain bsky.app
they can use @bsky.app as their handle. This automatically acts as a form of verification.

Those who don't own a domain can use
community handles, e.g. @sky-tan.kawaii.social

The user owning the domain kawaii.social allows
other Bluesky users to use it for their handles.
There are a few more community handles such as
swifties.social or army.social.

Please note:
1. You'll have to update links that lead to your old handle
2. If in the future kawaii.social would go down, you'll have
to go back to bsky.social again.

I'm a storyboard artist working on a choose your own adventure webseries called "Interconnections". It is all in animatic form! Sometimes I also illustrate. #OC #OCsky #interconnections #intcn #portfolio

Nala and Shoori, who are two characters from my webseries, are holding up a piece of paper that says "you're invited". Nala has medusa tentacle hair - except instead of snakes at the ends, they have dog heads. Nala's skintone goes from orange to transparent as it gets closer to the ends of their dog head tentacles. Shoori looks humanoid with wings, and has feathers that goes from dark blue to turquoise.

Follow these steps:

1. Log into deck.blue, a third party client akin to what Tweet Deck was for Twitter.

2. Compose a new post by clicking the button on the top left.

3. Copy your link, select text you want to turn into a link and hit paste (CTRL+V)

4. Your links should look this in the composer: [Text](https://link.com)

5. Hit Post!

Bonus tip

Hit "Win + ." in the deck.blue post composer to open an emoji selector. Alternatively you can type ":" and it opens an emoji drop down selector like in Discord.
