Been thinking about the circumstances that tend to cause Simon to act out, and what the perfect storm of circumstances would be to make him and Grace like each other as LITTLE as possible. :) At first. #bloodymary #sinkyourteethinau (but also works as a standalone comic)

A sequential comic without panels. Simon from Iron Lung is covered in scars and bandages and wearing a medical smock, standing unsteadily and gripping a ladder rung. Someone is surprised by his presence and greets him with "oh, uh, hello?" and Simon's expression is serious as he says "Dump the sub and everything in it." The response is a disbelieving "What?!" so Simon continues with "The blood is dangerous! Get rid of it!" The next drawing reveals the speaker to be Grace from Project Hail Mary, wearing goggles and gloves. Rocky the Eridian is behind a barrier in the background, singing with no translation available. Grace looks annoyed and not worried as he says "Uh, yeah, blood often is. That's what the P.P.E. is for. My name is Grace, by the way-" Simon interrupts with "I really don't give a fuck who you are." Simon from Iron Lung with no obvious mutations other than the red iris on his left eye and a few scars. Puzzling it out. They're at the beginning stages of communication and Simon has been drawing them pictures in addition to working through the language barrier, but it's been hard. It doesn't help that Simon has obviously had some recent trauma. #bloodymary #themanfrommarsau

Simon from Iron Lung with fresh blood and wounds all over him is attempting to crush an Eridian rock alient from Project Hail Mary with the mangled and gory remains of his left arm. He is clearly not in his right mind and text shares that 'his ass just woke up'. The eridian is screaming music notes and the sound effects crush, crack, and sizzle imply that he is strong enough that the clear xenonite suit is cracking and the Eridian is being exposed to toxic blood and oxygen.
