I'm going through a very big (and private) life change that requires me to *significantly* destash my crafting supplies. I'm going to be putting some stuff up for sale in the coming weeks via Bluesky.

For private, personal reasons I need to significantly pare down what materials and projects I have on hand. I am selling my entire stock of blank pocket nametags. There are about 60 here in different colors.

We had a hand brake exercise in sheet metal class. I was only one of two students who attempted this one, and I think mine turned out not too shabby. (It's a nonsense part, just an exercise in figuring out brake order). Hoping I get dispatched again soon. 🥲

People think I'm crazy for being so open and loud about fursuiting, but it's the fastest way to get a read on someone. Show someone a photo of you dressed as a cat and all their judgements and biases are laid bare.

Baby's first gutter splice! (The plastic comes off after install). I'm starting to get my groove at my new gig. I'm getting along with my team, and they're trusting me with new tasks.

Hi hello I'm still alive. Still adjusting to my new gig. Getting less tired, but still wiped when I hit the weekend. Hemmed some work pants today, they're both from Dovetail. I have worn their overalls a few times and I'm in love, so I have high hopes for their pants.

I have had two separate people tell me that the MFF chlorine gas incident was simply an accident by someone who wanted to chlorinate some latex. Can we put the "gas attack" narrative to bed yet?

I'm toying with the idea of selling my mask base files. What do you generally expect from a 3d file? Should I include multiple sizes, or let people figure that out on their own? Should I include eyes and teeth and stuff? Is the risk of theft too high to be worth it?

Me: "Yeah the cat was my first 3D printed one, but I'm making myself and my wife some dragons. They don't have eyes yet but here's how they're going" 50 year old construction worker with an "ultra MAGA" patch: "That's really cool, how long does that take you?"
