After seeing the same characters, tropes and plotlines in kdrama after kdrama I need something new. Oh you tripped and almost fell, and he caught you in your arms and your eyes met, and suddenly you're in love? Having seen that 30 times.

So theaters extended the run for Hadestown and I went again. Can’t lie, I loved it 3x more on second watch through and I already have a ticket to watch it again on Saturday. ❤️

Oh I was super hoping it would be coming to theaters here, alas.

Finally started in on the alcohol i bought in Suzhou last year. I walked past the little shop like five times and finally gave in because I loved the bottle too much lol. It’s called Bohu’s Smile. Tang Bohu was a famous poet who has a house museum in Suzhou I visited, and I loved the connection

I watched #Supergirl and was quite taken by it! I can think of so many stories with a young girl and adult male protector (true grit, Leon, man from nowhere, Logan, etc- all great) and this is the only one with the same set up, but the protector has total cool-older-sister vibes. I really dug it
