every day is a good day to misappropriate state funds and resources for the proliferation of anti-state propaganda (going to the local library to use the free daily print quota to print zine cover pages in color)

"'this is not our mass grave, get out of this hole", all together getting out of the hole together, hands and legs and arms and human ladders of each other to get out of the hole that is not the mass grave but that will only be gotten out of together" Anne Boyer, "What Resembles a Grave but Isn't"

disturbed to see that this is the Prairieland judge. it’s almost like the whole system, based on anti black racism and colonialism is the problem. This is not an exaggeration to say this guy is genocidal when he tried to overthrow ICWA the law to not have Native children stolen from their families.

"In 2018, O'Connor ruled that the Indian Child Welfare Act was unconstitutional. The Fifth Circuit reversed O'Connor's ruling on appeal, and the reversal was upheld by the Supreme Court in Haaland v. Brackeen (2023)." -Wikipedia

Every liberal and "radical" that frames "nonviolent" resistance as "good" and "violent" resistance as "bad" (even implicitly) holds responsibility for these sentences. This is the logical conclusion of a worldview where the content of one's resistance to ethnocide justifies their brutalization.

If there is such a thing as "safety" when resisting the state, it will only be found in a fully-embodied posture of solidarity with all who fight alongside you, near or far, in daylight or in shadow. Solidarity with the prairieland defendants. May grief become bravery. You will come home.

Federal sentencing has started. Zachary Evetts was just sentenced to 50 years by Chief District Judge Reed O'Connor. Maricela Rueda was just sentenced to 840 months / 70 years by Judge Mark Pittman.

"Avenge Kohen Wiley" Graffiti in Phoenix, Arizona in reference to the 1-year-old child shot dead by police in Senatobia, Mississippi. Cops reportedly opened fire on a vehicle leaving a Walmart after the occupants had been accused of shoplifting from the store.

"Avenge Kohen Wiley"

Gonna print a thousand copies of "You have always been in someone's hell" to shove down the throat of every liberal insistent on keeping their head up their ass as to what America/ the police have always been, and what defending the border has always entailed. Fucking insufferable.

Begging everyone to push those around them to understand ICE as a logical extension of policing/defense of colonial relations and not some aberrant phenomenon within the otherwise "noble" American project. If I hear one more person "insult" ICE by saying they're not real police I'm gonna snap.

Would really like to see people link what's happening at Delaney Hall to the Essex County Jail that's literally right next door. There is no way to meaningfully fight against the policing of the border without understanding it as an anti prison struggle writ large.

Gonna affix "The Logic of Not Demanding" to the other side of "To Those Who Shake the Gates of Hell" cause fuck it's bleak to see the nonprofits and wannabe managers of revolt swoop in to negotiate as though a slightly scaled back ethnic cleansing would be a victory.

One of the most difficult things about location specific demos is that they're typically static and therefore easier for the police to manage and effectively kettle when they desire. The primary way to counter that management is to find ways to offensively maneuver rather than passively wait.
