7 days later and fully got it working! youtu.be/nqP9CIUiAfA The issue shown at the end of the video turned out to be a much larger issue than expected. Shadow the Hedgehog's chunk visibility system allows for more than one visibility chunk to render the same geometry/collision chunk.
