worst part about watching people continue their weird shitty behaviors is you can't call them out or else you'll just be an instigator, so you have to use your therapy skills and recognize that's their issue and has nothing to do with you and you just have to let it go even if it hurts 🧍🏽♂️

Learning through reading and trauma therapy lately that a lot of people aren't who they say they are but they will make their cognitive dissonance your problem when you call it out. Being a Logic based Autistic (even though I do feel things very strongly) makes that... very difficult to navigate.
