The first opinions are in the transgender athlete cases. In B.P.J., the court holds Title IX allows schools to provide separate women’s and men’s teams defined by biological sex, and WV has permissibly maintained female sports for biological females.

Second opinion is in Chatrie, on geofence warrants. The court holds that officers conducted a 4th Amendment search when they acquired location data from Google because an individual has a reasonable expectation of privacy in his cellphone location info.
