I’m not a lawyer. But if the Trump “IRS settlement agreement” is “an enforceable document” (per Blanche) against “Defendants” for “any and all claims, actions, etc”, and the Defendants are “IRS *AND* Department of Treasury”, doesn’t it sound like it might be farther-reaching than just Tax Audits?
