I’ve been reflecting on this fabric patchwork I made a few years ago- a visual and tangible reminder of some of the people, values, experiences, hopes and influences that have shaped me. Some of my roots, my North Star, my anchors and my compass.
Love love love being creativity, colour, movement, fun, joy but in meaningful relational intentional ways to the work! Whether that’s infusing into a direct work session, using in training, integrating into supervision or so many other contexts.
