As a Congressman, Tom Tiffany co-sponsored a federal bill banning abortion at 6 weeks with no exception for rape or incest. Running for WI governor, he still won't say he'd veto a bill like it. Wisconsin women deserve a governor who didn’t scrub his website and won't dodge the question.
