On 16 August 2025, Iran’s Supreme Court (Branch 39) upheld the death sentence for Sharifeh Mohammadi, labour rights activist from the Azerbaijani ethnic minority. In Oct 2024, the same Court had overturned the conviction citing substantial legal and procedural deficiencies.
روز شانزدهم اوت ۲۰۲۵ دیوان عالی کشور ایران (شعبهی ۳۹) حکم اعدام شریفه محمدی فعال کارگری، از اقلیت اتنیکی آذربایجانی، را تایید کرد؛ با وجود اینکه همین شعبهی دیوان عالی پیشتر، در اکتبر ۲۰۲۴، با استناد به نواقص جدی حقوقی و مربوط به آییندادرسی این حکم را نقض کرده بود.

روز ۳۱ فروردین ۱۴۰۴ زندانی سیاسی کرد، حمید حسیننژاد حیدرانلو اعدام شد. طبق گزارشهایی که دریافت کردم روند دادرسی ناقض حقوق اساسی او بوده است، از جمله عدم دسترسی کافی به وکیل و مترجم. در عین حال ادعاهای جدیای منبی بر اینکه از او تحت شکنجه اعتراف گرفته شده است وجود دارد.
