This is COMPLETE BULLSHIT! I have combat benefits. My dad was buried as a wartime veteran (Vietnam). Widows of friends I lost have combat benefits. None of us fought in a war Congress officially declared. But we deployed, fought, and bled across multiple continents...and our service was recognized.
