For those asking if it’s fine to get the flu shot now: technically anytime is fine, but optimal time to get the flu shot corresponds to what we’ve established as pretty solid patterns of elevated flu activity (mid-late October+). For me? I scheduled to get both the flu and Covid vax early October

I’d invite folks to please stop suggesting that hand sanitizer is the key to preventing norovirus. All of you who have followed us for so many years know better now that SOAP AND WATER is the only effective method in reducing norovirus cases. Hand sanitizers do diddly squat against this virus.

These “experts” can barely run a structured meeting with appropriate due process. You trust that these charlatans know what’s best for America’s health when they can barely understand the word “AGENDA”?

Ignoring and not talking about AIDS does not make it go away Donny. I cannot think of a single time where a country or multi-lateral entity has EVER chosen not to commemorate World AIDS Day. But don't worry. We took care of those nasty seed oils.
