its so hard recommending iruma to people and making it stick. its a series that takes such a long time to show what makes it so special, especially compared to its contemporaries. but god damn if this silly nightmare before christmas ass comedy is not my favorite manga ever

i keep coming across this venom player in strive who, once he begins to lose, does nothing but teabag until you almost win and then ragequits. and i cant block him... because to block someone... you need to FINISH a game against them and have it recorded in your match history.

the anime only sequences added to the third episode of witch hat were so profoundly beautiful that i got misty eyed. the question has, somehow, gone from "can the witch hat anime possibly do justice to the manga?" to "is the anime SOMEHOW the best way to experience this story?"

this season of anime is cracked i kind of feel like we're in a golden age? witch hat and daemons of the shadow realm are both shaping up to be nuts adaptations of series i love, while nippon sangoku is maybe the freshest production ive seen in a long time stylistically.
