There's nothing wrong with your game looking "Bare bones". You can improve the visuals later if you want. Just don't stick an AI cover on it, okay. It just screams "I don't care about my shit". Accept how your game looks and take advantage of that. Don't lie to people, nobody likes your AI cover.

They want to hijack your ability to solve problems in the short term. Because that way, you’ll be "eating out of the hand" of the most disgusting rich people in the world, like Sweeney and worse. They want you to become dependent on it, to the point where you don’t know how to function without it.

This shit just writes itself at this point. Just the name "Epic AI MegaJam" is a joke that best describes what is going on with these companies.

Unreal Engine (Epic Games) announcing the Epic AI MegaJam "development" event, offering $50,000 in prizing for slop-coded projects.

Jam hosts now have access to "Submission requirements" to control what pages are eligible for submission, including blocking pages that disclose the use of generative AI, blocking paid games, blocking preexisting games, and more.
